The multi-phase project project after its full development. It is envisioned to be the home of a community-based organization composed of the less privileged themselves which will serve as instruments for action and change.

The chapel is the heart of the formation center. It is also a multi-purpose assembly venue for activities.

The project was intentionally built plain. The organization is now in the process of training the parent beneficiaries to have them ready for job opportunities.
One is in the construction industry - they are training to develop locally-sourced clay into bricks and roof tiles, and bamboo as thatch roof and furniture. The parent beneficiaries will then continue to enhance the formation center using their products and skills gained from their training.

Re-purposed uPVC pipes were painted into gradients of colors and used as balcony railings for the children's dormitories.
Old billboard tarps were used as roofing material for the walkway, and its post and truss were made from locally-sourced bamboo.

The formation center's goals is to be an example of sustainability - first, in the process of transformation and empowerment of their beneficiaries. And second, to exhibit tropical design strategies and the use of local and recycled building materials for the facility.

The seesaw on the playground will be used by kids for play while it also acts as a pump that waters the vegetable garden with gray water from the reed bed system.

Bamboo, coconut lumber, rattan and nipa abundant at the site vicinity was used throughout the project.
