













House 1 and 2 are mirror images of each other, predicated by the pool, balé, and central garden as its axis. The eidetic image is broken in the interiors - a reflection of two contrasting personalities of two brothers.

The balé seamlessly flows into the pool where the family can unwind and appreciate the view of the mountains and the sea.

This rotunda at the axis dictates the path to the houses' respective courtyards and main entrances.

Two of House 1's bedrooms and Living Room are with exquisite sea and sunset views.

House 2 also enjoys the same exquisite view of the sea and sunset.

House 3 offers a much private space compared to Houses 1 and 2. It has its own courtyard and plunge pool enclosed in a a semi-permeable fence.
The view deck is intended as a solitary retreat for House 3's owner. A quiet space where one can indulge in the sea and mountain views and express the feel though painting.

The covered walkway's post and roof truss system is made from recycled hardwood, connected by traditional wood joinery.
The metal straps were added to prevent the wooden posts from fracturing due to weathering effects of sea air.

Refurbished wood louver windows were used to partially conceal the view of the pool from the covered walkway.

House 3 has three picture windows which offers panoramic views of the sea and sunset.

Sustainable materials were used in the house's interiors. Old wood planks were used as floors and runo grass stalks for the ceiling provides a much needed warm ambiance to complement the relaxed setting.

The balcony's perimeter is enveloped by bougainvillea planting beds to soften the architectural lines of the multifaceted view deck.
